Our enhanced cleaning procedures mean all frequently touched areas across the hotel, such as our tabletops, lift buttons, door handles, in-room telephones, your TV remote, light switches, and the kettle, to name a few, get some extra TLC. In-room, we’re clutter-free, but should you need a pen and paper or travel guide to help plan your adventures, we’ll be on hand to help - always.

Our public areas have been reorganised to comply with social distancing guidelines and limit gatherings of people. We have signage throughout the hotels advising guests and storage of luggage is done in a COVID secure manner. There is visible signage throughout the hotel reminding guests to wear a mask and of social distancing guidelines. We are also dynamically allocating rooms to reduce congestion in hotel areas.
